Nowhere does it mention that putting your personality across in your profile will make your and the recruiter/employer’s life much simpler. An obvious omission.  We don’t mean adding your facebook updates but your work personality and personal strengths are an obvious add-on when recruiters simply have so many people to choose from in one place.
